Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm. Occasional weekend/holiday work required. (Please see details in Staff Handbook)
Salary
฿22,000 – ฿30,000 per month
Job activities & Responsibilities
- Work efficiently with stakeholders e.g. teachers, students, parents, staff etc to receive a brief, develop scripts, scout locations, conduct interviews, build graphics, and video and photo scenes using single and/or multi-cameras for marketing purposes and school content on various channels both offline and online. Prioritize video and photo shoots to stay on schedule and on budget.
- Rework videos and photographs in the Adobe suite, Premiere Pro, PhotoShop or other video editing softwares.
- Build solid stakeholder relationships and expand those opportunities to ensure the smooth operation and high standard of work.
- Continuously discover and implement new photo/video/filming/editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain photo and video equipment and ensure they are in a good condition and ready to use at all times.
- Assist Marketing Team and supervisors, Marketing Manager and Director of Business Development, as assigned
- Photo and video support to any Early Years marketing activities such as Early Years school events as assigned by the Marketing Manager and Director of Business Development
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communication and Media Studies, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, Graphic Design, Information Technology/Multimedia, or Film
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Photo & Video Content Creator (or in a related creative field)
- Proficiency in operating a wide range of photography and videography equipment and editing software, with a strong willingness to stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends
- Strong visual sense and attention to detail, with an understanding of when and how to best capture photos and videos
- Solid understanding of lighting techniques, both natural and artificial, and how they affect different settings, shapes, and skin tones
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain creative concepts clearly and effectively
- Self-motivated, creative, and committed to continuous self-learning and improvement
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines

- Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
- Communication – Ability to clearly convey ideas orally and in writing, and to listen to and understand what others are saying. Ability to provide feedback and follow up where necessary.
- Computer and Software Proficiency – Ability to use relevant software; computer literate; ability to integrate various software to meet office needs.
- Scheduling and Coordinating – Knowledge of others’ plans and schedules; skill in coordinating functions and ensuring desired results; ability to prioritize and make decisions; ability to do multiple tasks and support several people at once.
