Job Activities & Responsibilities

Government Relation Operation

  • Assist in preparing required documents to relevant government agencies for substitute of Thai teaching license, Thai teaching license, Appointment letter, Visa and Work permit under both BOI and MOE.
  • Monitor the Single Sign-On system and the Teacher Fund system (3%).
  • Track and manage visa and work permit timelines for both new and current staff, ensuring all records remain current.
  • Stay up to date with the latest information and regulations related to visas and work permits.
  • Handle required government submissions, such as Social Security, Tax ID registration, and PND91 tax filing.

HR Operations

  • Support communication with newly hired expatriate staff, including guidance on initial visa applications and document preparation.
  • Arranging the Key Permeance Indicators (KPIs) for both Admin and Back Office.
  • Manage visa and work permit for expat staff including 90 Days report, Notification of resident and Residency Certificate.
  • Help with new staff relocation arrangements such as airport pick-up and housing search.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs.
  • Coordinate police clearance letters, health check-ups, and appointments (for all new hires except back-office staff).
  • Manage the fingerprint scan system for all staff.
  • Maintain proper filing of essential school and HR documents.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.

Others

  • Assist in preparing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for both Administrative and Back Office staff.
  • Support and participate in school events as needed.
  • Assist in creating and updating the organizational chart.
  • Provide support with the health check-up process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in HRM is preferable but new graduates are also welcomed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Political Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Good command in English both speaking, listening and writing
  • Good in communication, negotiation and service mind
  • Knowledge of Computer and Microsoft Office
  • Able to work well with a team and adaptable in a dynamic working environment.
  • Multitasking skills

  • Computer and Software Proficiency
    Ability to use relevant software; computer literate; ability to integrate various software to meet office needs.
  • Scheduling and Coordinating
    Knowledge of others’ plans and schedules; skill in coordinating functions and ensuring desired results; ability to prioritize and make decisions; ability to do multiple tasks and support several people at once.
