Health, Safety & Safeguarding
How is campus security managed?
Both campuses — Early Years Campus (Ramkhamhaeng 164) and Windsor Park Campus (Suwinthawong Road) — are secured 24/7 by on-site security personnel.
The Windsor Park Campus offers enhanced security as it is located within Windsor Park and Golf Club, which includes an additional controlled security checkpoint.
Is medical care available during camp?
Yes. Qualified nurses are on duty throughout the camp, and each campus has a fully equipped medical clinic, including designated isolation rooms to ensure student wellbeing.
How is medication handled?
All medication must be handed to a member of camp staff upon arrival. Medication should be clearly labelled with the child’s name and dosage instructions in English. Our nurses securely store and administer all medication according to instructions.
What supervision ratios are in place?
Camper groups are supervised by an appropriate number of trained adults, with ratios determined by age and group size, following international best practice guidelines.
Are staff trained in safety and first aid?
Yes. All camp staff receive first aid training, safety awareness training, and conduct safety briefings before every activity. Staff carry medical kits to provide immediate care when required.
How are activities assessed for safety?
Every activity undergoes a comprehensive risk assessment and is tailored to suit the age and ability of the campers, ensuring both safety and enjoyment.
Is insurance included?
Yes. All campers are covered by accident insurance for the full duration of the camp.

Yes. Campers participate in safety briefings, including fire drills and evacuation procedures, from their first day on campus.
Is CCTV used on campus?
Yes. CCTV operates in key areas across both campuses to support overall safety and safeguarding.

Accommodation
Where do residential campers stay?
Residential campers are accommodated in secure, modern boarding facilities at the Windsor Park Campus.
Is overnight supervision provided?
Yes. Staff are present on every floor throughout the night, and all buildings feature clearly marked fire exits and safety signage.
Is off-site accommodation used?
Any off-site accommodation, if required, is thoroughly inspected and approved in advance to meet our safety standards.
Meals and Dietary Requirements
Are meals included in the camp fee?
Yes. All meals and morning snacks are included in the camp fees.
What type of food is served?
Meals are served buffet-style in the school Dining Hall and include:
- Asian and international dishes
- Vegetarian options

- Noodles and hot meals
- Fresh fruit
- Bakery items and desserts
Can special dietary requirements be accommodated?
Yes. Special dietary needs and allergies can be accommodated with advance notice prior to camp.
Camp Communication & Devices
Will parents receive information before camp starts?
Yes. Parents receive an Orientation Pack by email before camp begins, including a packing list and essential preparation details.
Are mobile phones allowed at camp?
To encourage engagement, mobile devices are not permitted during daytime activities.
When can campers use their devices?
Campers may use personal devices (excluding smartwatches) during free time, typically between 18:30 and 19:30 (Thailand time). This is also the designated time to contact family.
How will parents receive updates?
Parents receive a daily email summary with photos from camp staff each evening.
Is there an emergency contact number?
Yes. A dedicated camp mobile number is provided for emergency use only, allowing staff to remain fully focused on camper wellbeing.
Where can parents see camp highlights?
Regular updates and highlights are shared on the Bromsgrove International School Thailand Facebook page.
Airport Transfers
Does the camp provide airport transfers?
Yes. Airport transfer support is available for an additional fee.
When should my child arrive?
A recommended arrival time at Suvarnabhumi International Airport will be shared in advance. Parents are encouraged to book flights that align with this time so campers can travel together.
Can I request a private airport transfer?
Yes. Private airport transfers can be arranged with a minimum of three days’ advance notice.
Photo and Video Consent
Will photos or videos of my child be taken?
Yes. Photos and videos may be taken for camp communications, memory sharing, and future camp marketing activities.
How is consent handled?
Parents or guardians are asked to provide consent in advance for the use of images or videos on our website and official social media platforms.

Camp Policy - Camp Registration and Payment
Camp registration will be confirmed only once payment has been received by the school. After making the payment, please notify the Bromsgrove Camp team by submitting the payment slip or any other proof of payment to camp@bromsgrove.ac.th. We will verify the payment and confirm your registration shortly thereafter. The official camp receipt will be provided at registration/check-in on the first day of camp.
All payments must be made in Thai Baht. Please ensure that the total amount transferred includes any applicable bank charges or transfer fees.
Payments can be made via Thai or international bank transfer (with any bank charges applied). You may make a credit card payment using our online payment link. Please note the following additional fees:
- Domestic cards or WeChat/Alipay: 1.8% (same as at the cashier)
- International cards: 2.675%
Please note that American Express cards are not accepted.
Camp Policy
Refund Due to Withdrawal
30 Days or More Before the Start of Camp
A refund of 50% of the paid camp fee will be issued, provided official written notice is submitted via email, along with supporting documentation (e.g. a doctor’s certificate). All documents must be in English. Should parents request the refund to be transferred internationally, any applicable bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Less Than 30 Days Before the Start of Camp or During Camp
No refund will be issued.
Refunds Due to Government Policy, Natural Disasters, or Force Majeure
In the event of legitimate circumstances preventing travel to Thailand or departure from the country of residence, a refund will be issued, less any applicable bank charges, as follows:
- 60 days or more before the start of camp: 100% of the payment will be refunded.
- 30 to 59 days before the start of camp: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days before the start of camp or during camp: no refund will be issued.
Cancellation by Bromsgrove Camp
In the event that Bromsgrove Camp cancels a camp, a full refund of all fees paid will be issued.
Remark: All refunds will be processed within approximately 7 to 14 days. Parents will be notified via email once the refund has been transferred.

Windsor Park Campus benefits from an added layer of protection, being located within the Windsor Park and Golf Club, which has its own security checkpoint.
Qualified nurses are on duty throughout the camp, and each campus is equipped with a fully staffed medical clinic, including isolation rooms. All medicines should be handed to a member of camp staff upon arrival, clearly labelled with your child’s name and instructions for administration in English. The nurse will oversee the medication and ensure the correct dosage is given.
Camper groups are supervised by a suitable number of trained adults, with ratios based on group size and age, in line with best practice guidelines. Staff receive training in risk awareness and deliver safety briefings prior to each activity. All camp staff are trained in first aid and carry medical kits for prompt care when needed.
All activities undergo thorough risk assessments and are carefully matched to the age and ability of the campers to ensure both safety and enjoyment. Campers are covered by accident insurance for the duration of their stay, and all are given safety briefings, including fire drills and evacuation practice, from the first day.

Accommodation
Residential campers are housed in secure, modern boarding facilities on the Windsor Park Campus, with clearly marked fire exits and staff present on every floor throughout the night. Any off-site accommodation is thoroughly inspected and approved in advance.
Meals and Dietary Requirements
All meals, including morning snacks, are included in the camp fees. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet-style in the school Dining Hall. We offer a variety of nutritious options, including asian and international dishes, vegetarian choices, a salad bar, noodles, fresh fruit, bakery items, and desserts. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.
Camp Communication & Devices
Prior to the start of camp, parents will receive an Orientation Pack via email, containing a packing list and essential information to help prepare their child.
To promote full engagement, mobile devices are not permitted during daytime activities. Campers may use personal devices – excluding smartwatches – during free time, typically between 18:30 and 19:30 (Thailand time), when they will also have the opportunity to call home.
Each evening, our Camp Staff will send parents a daily summary with photos via email. A designated camp mobile number will be provided for emergencies only, allowing staff to remain fully focused on the campers’ wellbeing.

Airport Transfers
Bromsgrove Camp offers airport transfer support for an additional fee. A suggested arrival time will be provided when most campers are expected to arrive at Suvarnabhumi International Airport. We encourage you to arrange your child’s flight to coincide with this time, allowing them to travel to campus with fellow campers.
For those who prefer a private airport transfer, this can be arranged with a minimum of three days’ advance notice.
Photo and Video Consent
Parents or guardians will be asked to provide consent for any photographs and/or videos of their child(ren) to be used on our website or social media platforms.
