As part of Beyond BIST Week, all Year 10 and Year 12 students took part in a Careers Fair featuring more than 20 representatives from a diverse range of industries and professions.
Designed to broaden students’ understanding of future opportunities, the event allowed students to select four 20-minute talks based on their personal interests and aspirations. Through these sessions, they gained valuable insights into a variety of career pathways, learning about industry trends, workplace expectations, and the qualifications and skills required for success.
By engaging directly with professionals from different fields, students were able to ask questions, explore potential career options, and gain a clearer perspective on the opportunities available to them beyond school. The Careers Fair formed an important part of Beyond BIST Week, helping students make informed decisions about their future academic and professional journeys.
