Additional Notes Before Applying
- Visa Requirements : Non-Thai students must hold a valid non-Immigrant visa in order to attend school. If you have questions regarding visas please contact the Admissions team at admissions@bromsgrove.ac.th and we will be happy to guide and support you through every step of the visa process.
- All parents are required to read and abide by our Safeguarding Code of Conduct for Parents. A copy will be provided via Parent Handbook by the Admissions team before your child(ren) begin(s) school.
The Admissions Team will review the submitted application and documents. They may contact you for clarification or to request additional information if needed.
A non-refundable 5,000 THB application fee must be paid at this stage to proceed with the assessment and interview.
Early Years Foundation Stage: Pre-Nursery, Nursery, Reception
As part of our admissions process, we warmly invite your child(ren) to visit our Early Years setting including Pre-Nursery, Nursery or Reception for a short, informal session. This allows them to explore our play-based learning environment while our team observes their interactions, communication skills, and comfort in engaging with both peers and adults.
Key Stage 1: Year 1 & Year 2
Key Stage 2 and above: Year 3 – Year 12
Assessment tests in Non-verbal Reasoning, English (including reading and comprehension & writing) and an interview with a senior member of the teaching staff will be scheduled by the School Admissions Manager. Trial classes may be offered as appropriate.
For students transferring from overseas schools, assessments can be arranged online at home or at the Education Agency office (if applicable) where students will be supervised by our Admissions team via video call.
Following the assessment, the Admissions and Academic Teams will undertake a thorough review of the application. This includes consideration of place availability in the appropriate year group, assessment results, and, where applicable, academic records from previous schools.
To enable the school to make a well-informed decision and determine the appropriate level of support, it is essential that any special educational needs are fully disclosed at this stage. Relevant documentation — such as educational psychologist reports or Individual Education Plans (IEPs) — should be submitted as part of the application process.
The outcome of the application will be communicated via email within seven working days of the assessment.
Upon Confirmation of a place, an invoice for all required fees will be issued by the School Finance Department. Payment should be made by the due date indicated on the invoice. School uniform can be purchased after the payment has been made.
