Admission Procedures
Bromsgrove is selective in admissions and requires that all prospective students take our entry tests. Please refer to the Admission Policy for clarification if necessary.
Please follow the procedure below if you are interested in joining Bromsgrove International School;
1. Application
Please download or complete the application form on-line and send it to the School Office by fax, email or in person at the school office.
2. Assessment Test
Assessment tests in Non-verbal Reasoning, English (including reading and comprehension) and an interview with a senior member of the teaching staff will be scheduled by the School Admissions Manager. A payment of 5,000 Baht is required prior to taking the assessment test. On the day of the test, please bring the required documents indicated on the application form including the latest school report.
For students coming from overseas schools, assessment tests can be coordinated with their current school if required. Parents will be asked to give us contact details (preferably email addresses) and we will contact them accordingly. Please note any additional cost for completion of our admission test in your child’s current school will be borne by the applicant.
3. Test Results
Results will be confirmed within 2-3 days after the child has taken the written placement test at the school. For those taking the tests from overseas, the results will be provided within 3 days after receipt of the exam papers. For children whose English competency is not up to the standards required by the English National Curriculum, an Intensive EAL (English as an Additional Language) programme may be recommended. Prospective parents would be informed of this requirement once a confirmation for a place is offered.
4. Confirmation and payment of school fees
Upon Confirmation of a place, parents should pay the non-refundable registration fee, non-refundable enrollment fee (for WP campus), non-refundable school development fee and refundable deposit(s) as shown on the fees schedule. An invoice for the tuition and all other fees will be issued by the School Finance Department. Payment should be made by the due date indicated on the invoice. School uniform can then be purchased for your child at that time.
